The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal Council of the Flathead Indian Reservation announces the availability of proposed recreation regulations for the 2018-2019 Bird Hunting, Fishing, and Recreation Regulations for Non-Members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes from March 1, 2018 to February 28,  2019.
           
PUBLIC HEARING:  The Tribal Council gave the approval to hold one public hearing on the proposed regulations. The hearing will be at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2017, in the Conference Room at the Division of Fish, Wildlife, Recreation and Conservation conference room at 406 6th Avenue East in Polson, MT.
           
AVAILABILITY:  Any person who desires to a copy of the proposed recreation regulations may obtain a copy from: Amanda Bourdon, Permit Agent, Division of Fish, Wildlife, Recreation and Conservation, P.O. Box 278, Pablo, MT 59855; or Germaine White, Division of Fish, Wildlife, Recreation and Conservation Information & Education Program, P.O. Box 278, Pablo, MT 59855 at 675-2700 or 883-2888, ext. 7299.
           
COMMENTS: Any person who wants to present written comments on the proposed recreation regulations may do so by sending the same to: Amanda Bourdon or Germaine White at the above address.  To be considered, written comments must be post marked no later than Friday, November 30, 2017 at 5:30 pm.  Any person who desires to present oral comment may do so at the public hearing.
