We are looking for members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes to join a discussion on food memory and food traditions with Montana State University students. Complimentary dinner will be served. At the end of the 1.5-hour discussion, you will receive a $20 gift card for your time. Your participation will help the students to learn CSKT’s food culture and to develop a CSKT smoked trout using all native ingredients. The recipe of the smoked trout will be used by the tribally-owned Native Fish Keepers to promote their lake trout products. Participants will receive the developed recipes and the discussion findings. If interested, please complete the survey in the following linkhttps://montana.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_elLDLJeTn5EOhsV

Time: 9/26 (Thurs) from 5:30 – 7 pm (complimentary dinner with Native American foods provided)
Location: Polson (we will notify you the actual location)
